Zipline Tours

You will check in at our office and then get fitted with your zip line gear. Once everyone is geared up, we will transport you to the start of our course. 

Please note that there will be two moderately steep hills that you will have to walk up while on the tour and that our platforms have stairs to access the ziplines. We use automatic brakes so there will be no hand braking. Please be aware that you will experience a light jolt when you impact the brake. The tour will last approximately 2 hours.

BRING ID FOR CHECK-IN

Dress appropriately for the weather on the course. All participants are required to wear closed-toed shoes with a heal strap (No high heels). Tennis shoes or hiking boots work well. Wear comfortable clothing but avoid loose clothing (no scarves, swim suits, etc.) and long hair must be secured back. Leave all jewelry and other valuables locked in your vehicle or at home. Rugaru Adventures is not responsible for property lost, damaged or stolen during your tour.

1. Guest must be over the age of 18 or have a signed waiver by a parent or guardian.
2. Guest must be of adequate physical health and can complete all of the activities required on the course.
3. Guest must not be pregnant, do not have any heart, leg, back problems or other serious illness. Please consult with your doctor prior to reserving your tour if you have medical questions.
4. Guest must be between 70 to 250 pounds. Everyone is weighed at check-in.
5. Guest must not be under the influence of alcohol, illegal or legal impairing drugs.
6. Guest must ensure that all long hair, jewelry, loose clothing is properly secured.
7. Guest must wear the proper attire when participating in the zip line tour, including wearing closed toe shoes.
8. Guest will not participate in inverted “zipping”.
9. Guest will be 100% tied off at all times while on the platform and will not step on said platform until instructed.
10. Guest will wear all of the required safety equipment at all times during the tour and will not alter the equipment at any time.
11. Guest will not interfere with or distract the guides at any time during the tour.
12. Rugaru Adventures has the right to exclude anyone from participating due to medical, behavioral, or any other reason for the health, safety, and enjoyment of our clients and staff.

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All sales final.
• If we cancel your tour due to weather or other unforeseeable condition, we will reschedule your tour for another time, or give you a full refund… your choice.
• If you are late, you will not receive a refund or be able to join your tour. Your tour and guide will leave as scheduled whether you are there or not.
• If you get halfway through the course, and we cancel due to weather, you will get a partial refund. If your tour gets cancelled due to weather before you go out, then you will get a full refund.
