Cancellation Policy
- All sales final.
- If we cancel your tour due to weather or other unforeseeable condition, we will reschedule your tour for another time, or give you a full refund… your choice.
- If you are late, you will not receive a refund or be able to join your tour. Your tour and guide will leave as scheduled whether you are there or not.
- If you get halfway through the course, and we cancel due to weather, you will get a partial refund. If your tour gets cancelled due to weather before you go out, then you will get a full refund.
Safety
Rugaru guides are trained, and certified in accordance with ACCT guidelines for your safety and enjoyment. This training consists of multi-day, hands-on instruction including safety and rescue. Prior to certification, guides must pass a written assessment test, an on-course practical assessment and rescue assessment.
Our zip lines and safety equipment are inspected periodically per ACCT requirements and zip lines use a state-of-the-art automatic breaking system to further ensure the safety of our guest.
